Ender Uckun, Turquie

Based in Istanbul, Mr. Ender Uckun, Aerospace Engineer; started his career as R&D engineer in automotive industry, while having his master’s degree in “Engineering and Technology Managament” program. After a number of brand-new “Super-High-Decker” coach development projects, he moved to aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhauling) industry as chief maintenance engineer. He embarked and coordinated design and manufacturing processes of some tooling and equipment.

He founded his Company, in 2007, as a powerful synthesis of R&D and MRO notions that he had acquired in many years in these industries. His Company, which presents customized project solutions with competitive prices, grew rapidly and completed more than 40 projects until today. From the “zero point”, he managed to make ENMARES into a NATO product and service supplier, as well as becoming an product & capability exporting company.

With over 15 years of global aviation business development, Justin understands the complexity of bridging markets and companies.

Firstly Justin comes from a rich and diverse international American family and formerly “lived” outside of the US for over 10 years. Living outside of America is a key point for understanding the subtle differences of international business, and culture. Currently the Director of Global Operations for Eagle Tugs he resides with his wife and children in the Mid Western State of Michigan.

Highly accomplished and results-driven expert in all MRO Tooling activities in Line & base maintenance, in Engine Shop, Unit Shop & IERA Shop. Tooling activities includes register, stores, control, repair, and calibration, load tests, purchasing and receiving. Establishment of Tool Departments, together with all necessary procedures to comply with EASA and FAA Regulations. Upgrading MRO Tooling Capabilities according to its scope of work with an excellent control of cost, due to more than 30 years maintenance and engineering experience.

George Bachtis, Canada

With over 18 years of construction and ground support equipment sales & support experience, George is proud to be one of only a few experienced GSE people in Canada with a reputation for honesty, integrity and transparency. Born and raised in the City of Toronto, George embraces both his Canadian and Greek heritage equally. He has extensive formal equipment product training and also holds associate degrees in Sales & Marketing and in Procurement & Supply Chain Management. Currently he is the General Manager at Advance GSE Corp in Toronto, servicing new and used ground support equipment needs in Canada, The United States and for the global community.
